The Solution
Pathway is a lawyer-in-the-loop tool that automates the first draft of the closing plan. It ingests the entire deal pack (SPAs, SHAs, CPs) and uses a fine-tuned AI model to map the deal ontology—extracting every task, party, dependency, and deadline. The lawyer quickly reviews and refines this draft in an intuitive workspace with side-by-side source validation.
